How your information is used

Snap Coach is a free room cleaning guide from Snap Clean. It saves your rooms so you can return to them.

What you give us

When you make an account, we save your name, email, phone number, and ZIP code or town. We save room names, before, after, close-up, and Coach chat photos you upload, your steps, timer, and reminder choices. We also record basic app use so we can see whether the app helps people.

Photos and cleaning answers

A before photo is needed to start a clean, and an after photo is needed to finish. Your photos are stored privately and shown only after you sign in. While the monthly photo allowance remains, before photos, separately uploaded close-ups, and Coach chat attachments may be sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to suggest visible cleaning tasks. The original before photo or close-up is stored privately. Inspection uses the full photo and may also inspect automatically prepared detail crops to place approximate markers. After photos are stored privately and are not sent for AI inspection. The suggested tasks, locations, and observations are saved with your room plan so Coach can refer to them later without sending the photo again. The model may miss small items, put a marker in the wrong place, or mistake a surface. Check its suggestions yourself. Checklist points count steps you mark done; they do not rate cleanliness. If photo reading is unavailable, your room plan still works from your choices. Coach uses a reviewed cleaning guide and a limited number of AI replies. For a room question or follow-up, Cloudflare Workers AI may receive your current question, a few recent questions and answers, the room name and type, saved preferences and item locations, photo observations, and checklist progress. The text model does not receive the photo itself. Your account name, email, and phone number are not automatically included, but private details you type in questions or room notes may be included. Do not put sensitive details in cleaning questions. AI answers are suggestions and may be wrong. Personal answers are cached only for your account and the same context. A basic question without personal room context may use a general answer cache shared with others. Helpful votes do not approve advice. A Needs work report blocks reuse until review; your feedback does not automatically become cleaning advice. Deleting the originating account removes its cached answers. Your named Coach chats and messages are saved privately with your account so they can return on another device. A copy stays on this device for quick loading. Coach photo attachments are stored with the chat. You can remove an attachment or delete its chat; deleting your account removes its attachments too. You can delete a chat or your account in the app. Always check the surface and product label yourself.

Saved rooms and places

If you ask a service question while signed in and we do not have a confirmed answer, we may save that question and its previous question for private review. These records help improve the Q&A. They are not automatically turned into answers, are not public, and are removed when you delete your account.

The newest saved photo appears on its room card. If a photo suggestion is wrong, you can rename it, move it to another area of that photo, or remove it from that cleaning plan. Coach uses the corrected plan instead of repeating an old observation. You can teach Coach where an item belongs in one room, then edit or delete that saved place. Saved places are kept with that room and may be included in its Coach text questions to help with putting things away. Deleting a room removes its saved places; deleting your account removes them all.

Calls and email

Creating a new account requires one unchecked agreement to both cleaning-service calls and marketing email. Snap Clean's office can see app accounts and their current contact choices. A new account's email is not verified unless you later recover it using an email code. Being on that internal list does not mean you asked for a quote. A team member may call about house cleaning, and Snap Clean may email cleaning tips and occasional offers. After signup, you can turn either choice off separately in Settings and unsubscribe from marketing email. A recovery code may still arrive even when marketing email is off. This app does not send marketing texts.

Reminders

If you turn on phone reminders, your browser's push service receives a subscription so the app can send room check-ins at the pace you choose. You can turn reminders off in Settings or in your phone settings.

Delete your information

You can delete one room and its photos in My rooms. You can delete your account and saved photos in Settings. Anonymous AI request counts remain so the app can enforce its usage limit; they no longer link to your account. To ask about your information, email office@snapcleanhome.com.
